About Me:

I have followed a career in childcare since leaving school; I always knew I wanted to work with children. My experience spans over twenty years; between primary school Foundation Stage classes as a Nursery Nurse, and successfully leading two pre-schools before coming to Tansor. I have two sons myself and have recently completed my BA Hons Degree in Early Years with a first!

Outside of playgroup as a family we enjoy bike rides, both of my children like to race mountain bikes and go camping. We love the outdoors!

I have a real passion for early years education and feel devoted to providing Tansor and the surrounding area with a setting that nurtures children’s curiosity and promotes enthusiastic little learners in a kind and warm environment that we can all be proud of.

I lead the setting along with two ‘level three’ practitioners and two other staff who are ‘level two’ trained.  Christine, our administrator, works remotely liaising regularly with parents regarding funding applications, invoicing and any other administrative matters.  Our practitioners are hugely experienced and we all work closely with our focused and dedicated parent committee.
